Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified. Neo Group reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our authorised payment gateway.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Neo Group reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Customers are required to provide accurate information during checkout. Neo Group will not be liable for delivery failures arising from incorrect addresses or contact details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations after food preparation has begun will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds

If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the amount will be auto-refunded within 7-10 working days.

If an order is delivered incorrectly or with quality issues, customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours with proof (images, order ID). After verification, refunds/replacements will be processed.
No Refunds
For customised catering orders once preparation has begun, no refunds will be applicable.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across select areas in Hyderabad and other listed locations.
Delivery Timelines

Standard orders: 45–90 minutes depending on location.

Catering/bulk orders: As per agreement at the time of booking.
Delivery Charges
Charges may vary based on order value and distance. Free delivery may apply for bulk orders above a certain amount.
Responsibility
Customers must be available to receive deliveries at the given address. Neo Group will not be responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes).
